We offer BKB Sustainability Mortgages for the following areas:

MinergieNew construction or conversion of Minergie certified properties meeting one of the three standards Minergie, Minergie P, or Minergie ECO. The Minergie certificate must not be more than two years old.
GEAK (Cantonal Building Energy Certificate)
Buildings with an appropriate GEAK Label can be financed using a Sustainability Mortgage. For GEAK Class A – C. The GEAK Label must be issued by a certified expert and must not be more than two years old.
Renewable Energies

Take advantage of the opportunity to use renewable energies. The installation of a thermal solar system for hot water preparation and the installation of a photovoltaic system for power generation can be financed using a Sustainability Mortgage. Invoice copies serve as proof of the use of renewable energies.
