  • What is the purpose of Custody Account Groups?
    The depot groups serve to manage the individual portfolio groups.
  • How can Custody Account Groups be created and edited?
    Under “Finances”/” Portfolio groups”, via “Search positions” and “Search portfolios”, using search criteria, you can create groups. 
  • What is the difference between temporary, dynamic and static groups?
    Static Groups: the Static Groups include an unchangeable, defined list of portfolios. The user has the opportunity to change Static Groups through Add, Remove and Delete selected portfolios. In addition, it is also possible to bring together selected portfolios with other Static Groups.

    Dynamic Groups: Dynamic Portfolio Groups are defined by search criteria. A Dynamic Group is a categorised series of portfolios which match the search criteria. A Dynamic Group can be edited through adjusting the search criteria.

    Temporary Groups: The Temporary Groups are also Dynamic Groups.
  • How can a list of securities be generated?
    The individual securities can be searched for via “Search positions” under “Finance”/”Portfolio groups”.

    The search results can be sorted and exported as CSV or PDF. In the event that you want to change the information content, you can do this via the Context Function “Show/hide columns”.
  • How can an list of maturities be displayed?
    Via “Portfolio maturity” under “Finances”/”Custody accounts”, you can have all third party managed custody accounts displayed.

    The search results can be sorted, further restricted via Quick search or exported as CSV or PDF. 
  • How can stock exchange orders carried out be displayed?
    Via “Transactions” under “Finances”/Custody accounts”, you can have all orders from third party managed custody accounts displayed.

    The search results can be sorted, further restricted via Quick search or exported as CSV or PDF.
  • How can performance indicators be loaded?
    A performance report can be ordered via “New request” under “Services”/”Documents”.

    After the confirmation screen, a new line appears where you can download the performance report as a PDF.
