  • Which cards can my customers use to pay?

    All major payment cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and V PAY.

  • How and when is my turnover paid out to me?

    Your turnover is paid into your account every week.

  • What guarantees are included?

    The card reader comes with a one-year guarantee.

  • How soon can I start using mCashier?

    You can start using mCashier within approximately 1-2 weeks. Once your contract has been processed, it takes just a few days for us to send you your card reader.

  • Do my customers receive a receipt?

    If a customer wants a receipt, they can enter their e-mail address after making the payment on your mobile device. The receipt will be sent to them straight away.

  • Where can I view the payments that have been made?

    You can review your most recent payments in the mCashier app. The mCashier portal provides you with a permanent overview of all payments. You can find the login page for the portal on the top right of this page. Your login details will be sent to you by e-mail during the registration process.

  • Is mCashier secure?

    mCashier complies with the highest security requirements issued by the card organizations Visa and MasterCard. These card organizations have drawn up security standards that are continually being reviewed, updated and tightened. mCashier meets these standards.

  • What happens if my card reader is stolen?

    Your data and turnover are protected at all times. The card reader by itself is worthless. When using mCashier, choose a password that is complex and difficult to decipher.

  • Which mobile devices are supported?

    mCashier is compatible with all mobile devices – smartphones as well as tablets – featuring iOS and Android:

    • Apple: iOS 7 and higher with iPhone 4, iPod touch 5, iPad 2 and more recent versions
    • Android: Version 4 and higher/tested on the Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, S4 and Nexus 4 and 5
  • Do I need to have an Internet connection during the payment process?

    Yes. You need a wireless or WLAN connection so the payments can be verified online.
