EXECUTIVE BOARD

Definition

The Management Board is responsible for executive management of the Bank in accordance with the provisions of the federal legislation concerning banking, the law relating to the Basler Kantonalbank and all other regulations. It instructs the Bank Council Committee in respect of business to be conducted, and carries out resolutions of the Bank Council and the Bank Council Committee. Resolutions are passed on a majority of votes on the managerial authority of the President of the Management Board.
