Group Management is responsible for the business-policy and financial governance of the Group as well as management of key resources. It is also involved with the appropriate design of an effective internal control system at the Group level, adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (exercise of due diligence in the fulfilment of the Group‘s functions), and general safeguarding of the Group’s interests.
